Our Warranty Process for Dormia Products:
Recently, Classic Sleep Products and Dormia have experienced a change in ownership. Classic Brands, LLC is a new company and has acquired the brand “Dormia” to add to its collection of specialty sleep products. As a courtesy to past Dormia and Classic Sleep customers, we will offer mattress replacement and/or repair for those who have an approved warranty claim. Since the acqusition of the Dormia brand, we have changed our mattress line-up. Therefore, the mattress you have purchased is no longer in production. If your warranty claim has been approved, we will do our best to help find a comparable product in our new mattress line-up.
All other claims should be directed to our warranty department.
