"What's the best mattress?" |
| |
There is no such thing as "the best mattress". The best
mattress is the one that's best for you. Everyone is different.
Some people like a soft mattress. Some people like a firm mattress.
Some like a soft mattress. Some people like a king size. Others
prefer a queen or full size. We make our mattresses in a few different
looks and feels. We feel confident that you will find one that you
like.

"How much should I spend on my
new sleep system?" |
| |
Spend the amount it costs to get the sleep
system that's best for you. Let's put it to you this way -- you're
going to spend one third of your life in bed, so it's smart to invest
in a top-quality mattress. And because you use it more than any other
piece of furniture, that mattress will end up costing you less than
you'd spend on a daily newspaper or a cup of coffee. |
| |
| |
I
read that it is better for you to sleep on a hard mattress. Is this
true? |
| |
Absolutely
not! A hard, nonconforming surface forces your body to adapt to its
flat shape, bending your spine into an unnatural position and creating
pressure points at the shoulders, hips, and feet, which can cause
you to toss and turn trying to find a more comfortable position. The
result:lower back pain and less restful sleep. |

my Classic bed fit my current sheets? |
| |
Most
of the sheets sold today are commonly referred to as "deep pocket"
sheets. Deep pocket sheets are designed for high profile mattresses
and can be found at nearly all major department stores. If you own
older sheets that may not have been made in the "deep pocket"
style, you may need to purchase sheet clips to hold your sheets in
place. |

Can
I clean the mattress cover or foundation coverlet? |
| |
We
recommend spot cleaning with sparkling water or mild detergent. Certain
covers are washable or dry cleanable please consult your maintenance
care guide. |
| |
| |
Is
there a "breaking-in" or "adjustment" period associated
with your product? |
| |
Most
customers are very comfortable the very first night. Others may need
more time. Some customers need a few nights or sometimes a few weeks
get used to the increased support they experience in their lumbar
and/or lower-back region. |

Do
your mattresses require any special care or protective pad? |
| |
No.
Our mattresses are designed with your easy of use in mind. No flipping
or rotating is required. Just set up your new bed and Better Sleep
than ever before. As far as a pad goes, most of our customers prefer
one for sanitary reasons. If you do decide to use one, we recommend
cotton or wool to insure breathabillity. |

Won't
sleeping on foam make me hot and sweaty or cut off my circulation? |
| |
On the contrary...
The open-celled physical structure of our foams is self-ventilating.
Air is able to travel throughout the material and actually dissipate
body heat. By eliminating counter pressure, blood flows freely throughout
your body without harmful capillary compression and restriction
caused by pressure points.
